System Requirements

Web Browsers

  1. For intermediary communication, please use mainstream browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Safari to open IHH functions, and avoid using embedded browsers in communication software such as LINE, WeChat, Facebook.
    • User mobile devices should support iOS 14 or Android 10.0 and above, and use Safari 14 or Chrome 100 and above.
    • Recommendation: Update the browser to the latest version for the best browsing experience.
  2. The IHH system does not restrict users from using other browsers, but if the browser version is lower than recommended, it may cause errors or fail to conduct video calls properly, which will not be covered by the acceptance criteria of this project.

Bandwidth Requirements

  • Communication Quality: 720p
  • Recording Conditions: 720p, 10-minute video length
    1. During Communication: The stable bandwidth required for a single sender is 2 Mbps (no fluctuation). If there are other images or videos being transmitted, additional bandwidth is required.
    2. File Size: The video is compressed, with 8-10 MB per minute. A 10-minute file is about 80-100 MB (depending on network conditions, the image quality may automatically increase, resulting in a larger file).
